What is the
return policy?
Because of the nature of our products, all sales ARE FINAL.
In the
event of a manufacturer defect, we will contact the manufacturer for you
to help get a replacement if the defect is found within 2 weeks of
purchase.
DIAPER POLICY
You may return the diaper, brand-new, unused, and unwashed within 14
days of receipt FOR A STORE CREDIT.
Because all items are custom made to your
specifications, there will be a $2 per diaper charge for shipping and a
25% restocking fee subtracted from your refund.
Only returns of unused, unwashed diapers are accepted. Once you wash
it it’s yours, so please take the time to check fit on your child
before washing.
***Workmanship on Air Biscuits is guaranteed for 60 days from date of purchase.
Diapers will be REPAIRED free of charge within this time frame.
