We here at My Mamma's Milk always recommend feeding a child breastmilk right from the breast whenever possible. In today's economy, however, many moms must return to work. Returning to work, however, is no reason to stop breastfeeding your child.
We have many women in our Cape Cod Breastfeeding Moms group who breastfeed their children when they are home and pump when they are at work. The challenge can be finding a bottle that mimics the breast, so that switching between bottle* and breast is easier for baby. *We highly recommend using no bottle until nursing is well established (at least 6 to 8 weeks of age) and only when the breast is not available. When you do need a bottle, this one is ideal.
