Do you have a store front?
Currently there is not a brick and mortar retail store for My Mamma's Milk. I do however, have many people come to my home office and shop. Some customers who are located in the mid cape and lower cape areas purchase online and then we are able to met up closer to their own homes. Owner Kate Conway does teach baby-wearing classes at different areas. Please sign up for our NEWSLETTER to get information on when these free classes will take place. Space is often limited for these classes!

What is the return policy?
All sales are final unless there is an actual manufacturer defect (30 days on MOBY and Zolowear and 60 days on diapers). Because of their custom design, Chicken Scratch and BabyHawk are always final and cannot be returned.
Do you share my personal information?
Absolutely not. Newsletter info is gathered so I may serve you better and know your unique needs, but is always kept private.
Do you store my credit card information?
Credit card information is never stored on computer.
I have a bunch of friends who would like to attend a babywearing class. Is there any chance you could come a teach one at our location?

Do I need to put soiled cloth diapers in water to soak until I wash them.
Ew - that sounds nasty. Nope - I would not do that . . . ever. I ball up the diapers (after either shaking out the poop into the toilet or wiping out what I can with toilet paper and flushing it) and then put them all in a laundry basket in the basement. I wash every other day:
1. pull apart diapers and load in washing machine
2. run the cold rinse cycle with NO DETERGENT
3. Load washer with 1/4 of the detergent you would normally use (I have a front loader and use ALL HE Small and Mighty Clear). PLEASE check this site for the list of best detergents to use - some detergents will ruin a diaper: http://www.diaperjungle.com/detergent-chart.html 4. Dry on medium heat. Haute pockets will usually dry in one cycle. Tot Wraps fitted diapers tend to take longer.
