Cape Cod Breastfeeding Moms
Play and Support Groups:
Nothing is more helpful or supportive than hanging out and talking with other breastfeeding mothers!!! We are cheerleaders for one another! We offer hands on help and, if needed, weight checking with our hanging sling scale.

For the security of our moms and babies, please call 508-415-1295 for a list of our playgroup times and dates or join us on FACEBOOK at Cape Cod Breastfeeding Moms for up-to-the-minute information.

All kids welcome!!! (however I do ask that if anyone is sick, you wait to join us when you are well again - we have some very "freshly baked babies" that sometimes come to the group and they don't need the exposure!)

We have many new members lately - please give a heart felt HELLO to all these lovely ladies!

I encourage moms who are still pregnant to come and join one of our support and play groups! It is a great way to get the inside scoop on breastfeeding (and the lifestyle that comes along with it!). The Discussions tab on Facebook also has past Q&A's and this website also has loads of nursing tips:

For those of us who are already breastfeeding pros, I think we can all agree that co-sleeping goes hand-in-hand with breastfeeding.  For those moms who want to breastfeed and are worried about co-sleeping, I have included links to 2 fabulous articles:

I have also included a link to Attachment Parenting, which just by the breastfeeding lifestyle alone, seems to be a driving mentality in every breastfeeding mom I have ever met - it just develops naturally.

There is also an Attachment Parenting (AP yahoo group) on Cape Cod.
